Fine Trade Privacy Policy

Fine Trade (“the App”) helps you manage protector stock and optional cloud backup. This policy explains what information we handle and why.

1. Who we are

Fine Trade is operated by the app publisher for business inventory use. Contact: muhammadumersheraz2000@gmail.com.

2. Information we process

• Account data — email, display name, and authentication identifiers when you sign in with Google or email/password (via Firebase Authentication).
• App content you enter — protector names and compatible mobile models stored on your device.
• Backup data — if you choose Export to Google Drive, your stock JSON is sent through our automation (n8n) and stored in Google Drive under a folder named with your email.
• Technical data — standard HTTPS request logs may include IP address and timestamps while processing backup webhooks.

3. How we use information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide app features (search, share HTML stock table, local storage)
• To perform manual cloud backup/restore when you request it
• To secure the service and prevent abuse

4. Local storage

Your day-to-day stock data is stored on your phone. We do not automatically upload it. Cloud backup only happens when you tap Export / Import.

5. Sharing

We use Google services for authentication (Firebase / Google Sign-In) and, when you export, Google Drive via our operator account’s n8n integration. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

Account data remains while your account exists. Drive backups remain until you delete them from Drive or request deletion. Local data remains until you clear app data or uninstall.

7. Your choices

• Use the app without signing in for local-only features
• Skip Drive backup if you prefer local JSON export only
• Request account or backup deletion by emailing us

8. Security

Traffic to our services uses HTTPS. Keep your device and Google account secured. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Children’s privacy

The App is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
